Chandigarh iPhone Langar to Give iPhone 17 to 10 Lucky People

An iPhone langar has been announced in Chandigarh where 10 lucky people out of 1,000 will receive iPhone 17 and above models. The organisers had initially planned to distribute iPhone 16 and 17 models but dropped the idea due to concerns over devotees’ reactions, an official said.

The organisers decided against giving away iPhone 16 models as well, fearing that recipients might question their devotion to Mata Ji if they received the older model. "We had planned to distribute iPhone 16 and 17 models and go forward with newer models, but we dropped the idea as people who received iPhone 16 might complain to Mata Ji, questioning if they were not devoted enough to receive one," the official said.

The langar will select 10 lucky winners from among 1,000 participants to receive the latest iPhone 17 and above models. The only condition for receiving the phones has not been disclosed.
